The Experience

Chef Emme curates a menu that celebrates the vibrant, soulful flavors of Brazil’s Northeast, with a special focus on Bahia—the heart of Afro-Brazilian culture and cuisine. Each dish tells a story rooted in tradition, reflecting the rich heritage and unique ingredients of this extraordinary region.

As Seattle’s only chef serving authentic Bahian food, Chef Emme personally guides guests through the experience, sharing the history and significance behind each dish—from her award-winning moqueca to creamy vatapá and crispy acarajé.

Baiana offers an exclusive, intimate evening where soulful cooking, storytelling, and heartfelt hospitality come together.
