You can now find Baiana at on Saturdays from 5pm to 9pm at OhSun (221 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98104 ) We will be dishing out traditional Brazilian bites like coxinha, pastel, and aipim frito, alongside comforting plates like feijoada and moqueca de camarão - the very dish that took down Bobby Flay in a head-to-head culinary battle with Chef Emme on his show Beat Bobby Flay! Chef Emme is a Brazilian-born chef who immigrated with her family to Seattle in 1994. In 1999, Emme's family opened the first Brazilian restaurant in Seattle, Tempero do Brasil. Tempero do Brasil served authentic Brazilian food to the city for two decades. Chef Emme is a graduate of Seattle Culinary Academy and began her career in the industry as a Private Chef. She has provided chef services to celebrity & high profile clients in the Seattle area including, Eddie Vedder, Jamal Crawford, Russel Wilson, Ciara and Craig McCaw. Chef Emme is a Food Network Chopped champion and Beat Bobby Flay winner!
